Constellation Community GatheringYou’re warmly invited to a small, intimate community gathering where we come together to explore what is moving beneath the surface of our lives.
During our time together, we will open a shared space through a short arrival and connection practice, followed by 2 constellations that will be drawn from the group. If you feel called to bring an issue, you’re welcome to place your name in the draw. Whether you receive a constellation or participate as a representative, the work often touches everyone present in meaningful ways.
Alongside the constellations, I gently weave in simple, grounded exercises that support connection- to yourself, to the group, and to the wider cycles we are part of. These practices are inspired by the natural rhythms of the year and the ways in which people have long marked transitions, letting go, and renewal in connection with the land.
There will be space to arrive, to witness, to share (if you wish), and to simply be part of the field.
No prior experience is needed - you are welcome exactly as you are.
What to expect:
- Opening circle & gentle arrival
- Short guided connection practice
- 2 constellations (drawn from the group)
- Simple grounding & integration exercises
- Space for reflection and sharing
This space is for you if you feel drawn to:
- explore personal or relational themes
- gain new perspectives
- experience the depth of constellation work
- be part of a supportive and respectful group field
Tea and light snacks will be provided.
