Join me on Sunday, 26th July for a gentle and interactive Introduction to Access Bars® workshop.
Access Consciousness® is a set of life-changing tools, techniques and processes designed to empower you to create the life you truly desire. Practical, dynamic and easy to use, these tools can help you become more conscious in everyday life and begin to dissolve the barriers that may be limiting what you can receive.
During this workshop, I will introduce you to some of the foundational tools of Access Consciousness® and Access Bars®, a dynamic and easy-to-learn hands-on process that many people use to create greater calm, clarity, ease & possibility in their lives.
Together we will explore:
✨ What Access Bars® is and how it works
✨ The 32 Bars points and the areas of life they relate to
✨ Simple Access Consciousness® tools and processes you can begin using straight away
✨ The benefits people often experience from receiving Bars sessions
✨ A demonstration and an opportunity to experience some of the Bars points for yourself
This class is about discovering what is true for you, finding more of you, and having practical tools available when life isn't flowing the way you'd like it to. It's about creating more possibilities, more awareness and more choice.
Whether you are exploring Access Bars® for your own personal wellbeing, to support family and friends, within your community, or simply to learn more about this gentle and empowering modality, everyone is welcome. 🤍
