A Saturday in the name of LOVE! <3 ✨❤ Save the date and feel deeply welcome to Conscious SLOW Dating - an extended all-day version of the lovefilled, beautiful Conscious Dating-evenings we've had during winter and spring! ❤ ✨
Come explore, dare and melt together where it's enough to just be ourselves in our present version! In this immersion there will be lots of time to really go deeper and have the space for meeting everyone you feel drawn to. Beyond the standard dating arenas in a warm and uplifting space. ❤ ❤
<3 This will be a beautiful, lush deep dive of intimate meetings and connection excercises, Live Music Breathwork in pairs, Dating Mandala and lots more. More details to come - stay tuned.
You don't commit more - or less - then you want to anything! ❤
NOTE: You can participate in this event without any physical contact, at the distance that is comfortable for you. All exercises can be done without any touch. There will also be a boundaries intro to set a clear and safe ground.
There will be a break for everyone to go out for lunch and we will offer free tea and fruit in the breaks before and after lunch. <3
Your Main Facilitator:
Jeanina Dhara is a relationship’s therapist and coach who works with couples to deepen and strengthen their relations, as well as singles who long to get into a meaningful relationship. She offers live sessions in Lund and online.
She has passionately worked as a body-psychotherapist with bioenergetics, tantra and inner child work with groups, couples and individuals around the world for about 20 years. She’s also been hosting and setting the program for the No Mind festival for various years.
Coming into the world of tantra and spirituality was a total life changer for her and she’s been devoted ever since to live a heart centered, present life.
