Conscious Freedom: Sound Journey Meditation

Immerse in the liberating frequencies of large titanium and bronze gongs paired with didgeridoo, drums, handpan, shruti-box, vocals, singing bowls, and more—each tone dissolving limitations and awakening inherent freedom.

This expansive sonic journey celebrates the Fire Horse spirit of liberation while honoring the conscious awareness that transforms mere escape into genuine empowerment. A brief guided meditation will guide entry into the heart of Conscious Freedom, inviting examination and release of patterns that bind before surrendering into the transformative sound experience.

Allow these healing vibrations to shatter invisible chains, restore a sense of agency and choice, and awaken a profound sense of liberation grounded in wisdom and self-awareness.

Please bring a mat or blanket to lie on (pillow if you need one.) Chairs are available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.
