Inspired by the Ayurvedic principle of Ojas, the subtle essence of vitality, resilience, and inner radiance, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully curated brekkie of wholesome superfoods, seasonal bites and mindful nourishment designed to replenish your energy from within.
As part of this experience, we’re delighted to welcome ARTAH, a science-led nutrition brand, who will share practical, evidence-informed guidance on nutrition and targeted supplementation to support energy, hormonal health, longevity and everyday wellbeing.Discover simple rituals, expert insights and nourishing habits that you can easily weave into your daily life, while enjoying meaningful conversation with a like-minded community.
Special guest speaker from Dialogue will be discussing all things related to beauty and the Dialogue we consistently have around our skin, the ingredients, the routines and all the elements that we tend to have to follow and focus on, which will be shared in an imperfect, organic more natural way as they share the beauty of their products with us and what is special and unique about their products for our skin and overall beauty wellbeing.

This event is a series of breakfast events where women and men are welcome to join to learn more about the breath and science of how our bodies work. Each breakfast / brunch will have a special guest speaker that will be from different industries within the health, wellness, beauty industries to share updates, trends, tools, tips and first hand knowledge so that you gain experience ask questions and connect with other like minded professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs who have the same interests and desires.
