Conscious Connected Breathwork & Energetic Healing with Holly Hubble

Take the time to reconnect with yourself, your breath, and others in this uplifting and restorative class.

This 2-hour session blends joyful Somatic Movement, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Meditation, and Reiki Energy Clearing to help release emotional blockages, raise your vibration, and bring you back into harmony with your body and heart.

You’ll be gently guided by Holly throughout, moving through breath and body before coming together in circle for integration and optional sharing. This is a safe and supportive space to release stress, unlock trapped emotions, and connect with your inner peace.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a deeply transformational technique, especially when combined with movement, visualisation, meditation, and oracle guidance - helping to calm the nervous system, connect with your intuition and awaken your inner light.

At the heart of all Holly’s offerings community and connection. After the session, you’re warmly invited to join us for an optional tea or coffee in the café - a chance to ground, chat, and make new friends.

There will also be the optional extra to join for a Sauna & guided Ice Bath with Holly (tickets sold sepertately) - The price for the spa are usually £28 (unguided) - you can join with Holly for £24 and she will guide you through every step of the way.
