Experience the medicine of breath in this group ceremony. During this ceremony, you'll be guided to set intentions for your breathwork journey. Your breath will be your guide into altered states of consciousness and somatic healing allowing the body to detox emotionally, physically, and spiritually.Please bring items or pictures for the altar that represent your intentions. These will return home with you. Bring a yoga mat or cushion, items to lay comfortably on the floor, a journal, a pen, + a bottle of water.
