“Connection Fellowship” will be held in person at the Jarvis Square Pottery showroom, 1443 W. Jarvis Ave., Chicago, IL 60626.
(Street parking is available, but limited. There's an inexpensive garage one block south and one block east of the pottery. For public transport the redline train stops at Jarvis, which is a half block east of the pottery, and the 147 bus also at Jarvis, which is a one block west of the pottery,)(The space is ADA accessible)

- Potluck Social 4pm - 5pm. Please bring a veg dish to share.
We encourage taking care of your needs for energy by bringing beverages and snacks. We will have 1 formal break within the session, and we welcome you to step away as needed throughout with self-guided informal breaks.

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Group Facilitator
Founder of Ananda Holistic Healing LLC
Shruthi is a mental health group facilitator, somatic yoga teacher, intuitive guide, and reiki master dedicated to supporting folks on their journey of self-worth in recovery, intimacy, and conscious relating. With a background as a licensed psychotherapist and certified trauma professional, she now uses her knowledge in group spaces to help individuals utilize somatic-oriented skills to regulate and attune to the nervous system while developing emotional vulnerability in areas of shame, grief, and attachment-based relating.
Her main passion is to assist individuals in unveiling subconscious stories and energy patterns within intimacy coaching to support conscious relationship skills. With her passions in language, energy work, and mental health, all grounded in her values of vulnerability and self-awareness, she aims to continuously embody whole-hearted living.
- Embodiment Facilitators -
Anna Tukachinskaya is a certified Laughter Yoga Leader and conscious movement educator with over a decade of experience facilitating dance and embodiment workshops. She creates playful spaces where participants can drop into their bodies, let go of mental clutter, and express themselves authentically and joyfully.
Laughter Yoga is an uplifting practice that combines intentional laughter, breathing exercises, and playful movements to release endorphins ("feel-good" chemicals), reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of connection. It's also a great aerobic workout!
Breena Shusterman, a voice and movement therapy practitioner and yoga teacher, blends singing with movement to help others unlock their True Voice. With years of exploring the connection between the body, psyche, and Higher Self, she guides transformative journeys of self-expression and discovery. In 2024 Breena facilitated Voice and Movement in various cities of South Africa, and taught yoga to groups and individuals around the world. She's also facilitated voice and movement for adults, and children around the Chicago area, encouraging freedom of expression in the voice and body. Her experience with children with special needs, and dedication to making this world a better place has shaped her to be a compassionate witness and space holder for all those who need healing, and wish to come home to themselves.
