Join Irina for a gentle 60-minute guided circle.

This is a safe and peaceful space where you can rest, breathe, and gently reconnect with yourself. No experience is needed.

Irina holds a calm, supportive energy and guides a soothing grounding meditation to help you feel more settled in your body.

She shares a short, heartfelt teaching or personal story about moving through difficult feelings with kindness and awareness.

We then quietly work with the OH Cards — a gentle way to receive intuitive messages for yourself. You’re welcome to journal if you like, and Irina is there to offer support if anything feels unclear.

We close with a soft intention for the week, followed by gentle breathing and an uplifting song to leave feeling a little lighter.

Everyone is welcome exactly as they are — whether you’re new to this or deepening your practice of self-connection and inner awareness.
