Connection & Boundaries: Building Supportive Relationships

This workshop is part of our Empowerment Series, provided by The Glam Affair Inc.

This is the fourth workshop, where folks will learn how to express needs, set boundaries without guilt, and develop empowering relationships in work and personal environments. This workshop will have quick, fun rotations where participants introduce themselves, share one personal value, or a small goal, and have conversations designed to build comfort, make connections and build community.

This workshop is for women and gender-diverse folks ages 18+, and available for free. Refreshments will be provided.
