Step into the living magic of the natural world and learn how to respectfully connect with elemental spirits and the fae realms.
Across folklore, shamanic traditions, and spiritual practices worldwide, the forests, waters, and winds are believed to be inhabited by elemental intelligences — beings who embody the energies of earth, air, fire, and water. Many cultures also speak of the Fae, mysterious nature spirits who exist alongside our world and interact with humans in subtle ways.
During this immersive outdoor class, we will explore how to approach these realms with respect, awareness, and ethical spiritual practice.
In This Class We Will Explore
✨ The difference between Elementals, Nature Spirits, and the Fae
✨ Folklore and spiritual traditions surrounding nature spirits
✨ How to respectfully enter natural spaces and spirit realms
✨ Signs and sensations of elemental presence
✨ Safe and ethical practices for interaction
✨ Creating offerings and building relationships with nature spirits
We will conclude with a guided nature meditation and elemental connection practice within the park.
What to Bring
• Water
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Small natural offering (flowers, herbs, honey, etc.)
• Journal if you wish to record impressions
• Optional blanket or cushion for meditation
