Join for a safe and playful exploration of movement, connection, and contact. Think of dance meets laughter and connection with self and others. All levels welcomed and no experience necessary.
What:
Imagine a series of self-focused exercises and thoughtful prompts that compel you to engage first with self and then with other. I will slowly guide you through a series of exercises focused on connecting with your self, your intuition, and your own body. Then, together, we will wade into exploring what it's like to be in connection with yourself around others.
Where & When:
Sundays @Yoga Patch 2:00-3:30pm
What to bring:
Your self, an open heart and mind, a water bottle, and comfortable clothes.
Why:
To strengthen connection with self and to invite in play and movement into your life.
