We’ll be gathering at Rhosneigr Village Hall, with easy access to the beach. This late-summer retreat blends grounding nature connection, accessible movement, breathwork, and rest, designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional clarity.
What’s Included:
Beachside Nature Connection
The beach offers more than beauty, it’s regulating. The sound of waves and open horizon naturally soothe the nervous system and support presence.
Ceremonial Cacao
A heart-opening treat to help you land. Cacao supports mood, focus, and emotional balance.
Kundalini Yoga (1 hour)
