Welcome to a transformative weekend retreat designed to energize and empower you through a range of healing practices such as sound baths, cold water therapy, breathwork, Pilates,
ancient cleansing rituals, sunset strolls and hikes.
This retreat is a safe space where you’ll reconnect with your inner self, release anything that no longer serves you, and invite in positive energy for growth and balance.
All meals will be vegetarian (we can cater for vegans too) and will include breakfast, lunch, dinner and a huge amount of nutritious snacks throughout the day.
