Info: Join us as Chef Marisa Baggett shares BLOOM, a mindfulness framework that invites us to bring more presence, joy, and seasonal awareness to the way we eat. She’ll explore how food can nourish not just our bodies but also our creativity and well-being—transforming everyday meals into meaningful moments.
As a hands-on experience, she’ll also guide us through crafting rice paper spring rolls with edible flowers and vibrant seasonal ingredients, a beautiful and creative mindfulness exercise that connects us to the rhythm of the seasons. Marisa Baggett is a chef, educator, and storyteller specializing in mindful eating and Japanese-inspired cuisine. She blends culinary expertise with storytelling to inspire a more intentional and joyful approach to food.
