About this Event

Dr. Rose Schlaff is a Pelvic and Sexual Health Physical Therapist, and Neuroscience Mentor who helps people feel safe, connected, and at home in their bodies again—so desire can come from a place of ease and authenticity instead of pressure.
Her work blends nervous system support, pelvic health, and simple, sustainable lifestyle shifts to address the often-overlooked body-based roots of intimacy challenges like pain with intimacy and libido mismatch. Using a trauma-informed, non-invasive approach, she supports clients in reconnecting with sensation, reducing pain, and cultivating a more natural, embodied experience of desire.
Dr. Rose also trains therapists and health professionals to recognize body-based barriers to intimacy and confidently educate and refer for pelvic health and somatic support. She has taught and trained sex therapists at the University of Michigan, San Diego State University and Bastyr University, and has spoken at various national conferences on integrative and trauma-informed sexual wellness.
