Join us at Moxey Health for a fun and energetic session where you'll learn running drills used by the pros to enhance your technique! This class is lead by Stephen Moxey. Stephen is a Physical Therapist, prior Div 1 track athlete, elite road racer, and age group champion many times over. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, this in-person class is perfect to boost your skills and meet fellow runners. After the drills, stick around for a 1-5 mile group fun run on the trails in Solana beach to put those new moves into action.
