Confidence Women's Circle (Belfast, Limited Spaces)

A women's circle is a safe and empowering space for women to come together to share, connect, and empower one another.

This month’s theme is confidence, I’m so excited for the amazing eve I have planned for you all.

We’ll dive into:

🧘🏽‍♀️ Guided meditation and relaxing breathwork to let go of anything holding you back and connect you to your higher self for clarity and confidence

🌹 Simple embodiment practices to let go of stress and feel good in your body

🖊️ Journalling to release what is no longer serving you and manifest your desires

👯‍♀️ Sharing wisdom, getting supported and connecting with our amazing like-minded group of women

✨ Oracle card pulls for guidance on your vision

What to bring:

- Yoga mat & cushion

- Wear comfy clothes

- Journal & pen

- Water to hydrate

- Anything you’d like to place in the altar such as a flower or crystal

If you’re seeing this, it’s a sign to take the leap on YOU and go outside your comfort zone for beautiful transformation inside an empowering sisterhood.
