Confidence Through Movement Workshop

Confidence Through Movement - A 2-hour workshop for women.

This workshop is for women who want to feel more confident and at home in their body — without pressure, performance, or learning choreography.

Through guided movement and music, you’ll be supported to:

• release tension and stiffness

• step out of overthinking and into your body

• move with more ease, presence, and femininity

The movement is slow, grounded, and accessible — inspired by fluid dance styles such as Kizomba, but adapted for all levels.

You don’t need dance experience, rhythm, or confidence to start.

A calm, supportive environment with a small group of women on a similar journey.

Free car park on site and onstreet car parking on Thomas Street also

Ticketing:

o Early Bird: £30

o Standard: £35

• Maximum attendees: 12 women

Refund policy: Refunds available up to 7 days before the workshop. After this, tickets are non-refundable. Transfer to another attendee is allowed if you cannot attend, please update us with the name change.
