This session works directly with those internal rules.
Using ThetaHealing - a structured, meditative method for working with the subconscious - we clear the beliefs that tie visibility to threat and replace them with programs that allow confidence to stabilise and showing up to feel like a choice rather than a risk.
In this session we work on:
Fear of being seen, judged, or evaluated
Spiralling thoughts when attention or opportunity increases
Self-doubt that arrives at the exact moment of momentum
Holding back to avoid scrutiny or consequences
Inconsistent confidence despite clear capability
You leave with:
Greater consistency in how you present yourself
Reduced spiralling around judgment or exposure
