We invite you to drop by for a first look at our newly completed Condominium Model Home. Now is the perfect time to learn about life at The Waterfront as our third collection of homes is nearly complete, with move-ins available this month and through the Spring. Light appetizers and drinks will be served.

We encourage you to invite friends and family that would also be interested in life at The Waterfront. Our team will be available to answer any questions you have about life along the Wando River.

Parking is located throughout the community. Please proceed directly to the model at 540 Helmsman St, the residence number is 1223.
