2027 marks 200 years since Beethoven’s death. To this day, no one knows for sure the name of Beethoven’s love, the recipient of his famous “Immortal Beloved” letter. He carried the secret of his eternal muse to the grave...Three phenomenal women surface as possibilities and this new, multi-movement concerto by Nancy Ives, one of Oregon’s most prominent and accomplished composers, offers a portrait of each through gorgeous music. Our Season of Hope finale features renowned guest artist, virtuoso violin soloist Denise Dillenbeck.The Immortal Beloved violin concert is paired with Beethoven's exhilarating Symphony No. 7 - a masterpiece of unstoppable rhythmic joy, rustic vitality, and triumphant energy. Experience the romance, drama, and sheer exhilaration of Beethoven's genius like never before.
