Computer Literacy Class for Beginners

This computer literacy workshop is a 1-hour class, held once a month for the entire year of 2025. This is a hands-on class that you can attend as many times as you please. This free workshop is available to Tennesseans with disabilities, as well as the community!

The workshop includes:

• How to turn a computer on/off

• Explanation of the functions on a keyboard

• How to properly hold and operate a mouse.

• How to save files and documents

• Informational video on different types of computers

• How to search and explore the internet

• Hands-on activities (jobs4tn.gov)

• Certification of completion
