It’s a simple way to reduce waste, care for Papatūānuku, and build healthy soil right here in our neighbourhood.
Come along to learn easy tips for composting at home with local composting champions Kate and Liam, and find out how you can be part of the community compost bins at the Centre.
Whether you’re just getting started or already composting, everyone’s welcome.
Bring your pātai (questions), whānau and friends, gardening gloves, and a few food scraps to add to the compost.
We’ll have some kai and warm drinks ready for you too.
When: Saturday 13 June, 11am – 12:30pm
