Join us at Complex Physical Therapy & Performance for a fun, competitive morning bringing together athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone looking to test themselves in a supportive community environment.

Whether you’re training for a HYROX race or just want to try something new with a friend, this event is built to be challenging, exciting, and accessible for all levels.

Teams of 2 will move through a series of HYROX-inspired functional fitness stations combining strength, endurance, and conditioning.
