Athletes will compete in teams of two, with divisions available for same-sex pairs and mixed pairs. Throughout the event, teams will work through multiple workouts designed to recreate the pacing, transitions, judging standards, and overall atmosphere of a CrossFit competition.
Whether you're considering signing up for your first competition, want more experience competing with a partner, or simply want a fun opportunity to challenge yourself, this event is a great way to practice competing in a supportive and low-pressure environment.
The event is FREE and open to all Afforest Fitness members and their guests.
