founded by Haley Hunter Smith — professional cyclist, Olympian, and Sport Psychology PhD student.

From the Latin “to strive together,” Competere is more than a name, it’s a movement,  bringing women together through endurance sport, connection, and community.

A multi-time Canadian National Champion, former Life Time Grand Prix winner, and Commonwealth Games medalist, Haley brings both elite performance and a deep commitment to mentorship, mental health, and growing the future of women’s sport.

Now, we’re taking Competere on the road.

The series will be focused on adventuring, goal setting, and the values of failure and totality of experience. It will be a 15 minute key note, followed by Q+A and socializing.
