Comorin at Sienna Calcutta

On 1st August, Chef Dhiraj Dargan and the Comorin team will be taking over the Sienna Dining Room for a one-day-only menu.Expect small plates like arbi ghee roast and goan prawn balchao, larger plates including champaran mutton and bombay pao bhaji, and classics like the pune mango mastani to finish.At Sienna, we've always believed that some of the most exciting conversations in food happen between regions.
