Join us behind Benny’s on the Beach at the Lake Worth Beach Pier every Wednesday morning 7:00AM for a sunrise, all levels, open flow Yoga class led by experienced teacher @MakiCriscaut Set your intentions, clear your mind and melt away all stress and tension. Awakening your senses, raising your vibration. Connect with likeminded people while witnessing the beauty of the Sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean.

This is an alignment based, breath oriented practice with modifications to meet student's needs.
