About this Event
Join us for a free community class of yoga postures, breathing, and meditation.
This class will celebrate the aliveness of spring with playful, exploratory movements, and build warmth and resilience to embrace the summer ahead. We will utilize breath and mindfulness to connect to ourselves and practice being present with each other.
For folks seeking a sense of togetherness and time to connect the mind and body to create space and build empowerment within themselves.
Teaching is trauma informed, providing options for all levels and permission to do what feels best for you in each moment. This is a Queer and neurodivergent affirming space which honors the roots of yoga as an ancient practice.
Please bring your own mat - some extras will be provided. Dress in clothes you feel comfortable moving around in.
All levels and experience welcomed!
