The GP room at Illawarra Primary School, 6 Tinderbox Rd. Follow signs for Yoga.
What to expect?
If you are looking for a friendly, light-hearted yoga class where you can leave energised, relaxed and feeling like you’ve had a workout, look no further!
I will lead you through some gentle breathwork, stretching, a slow-yet-strong yoga sequences and then we cool down and relax for meditation. I give plenty of cues so no previous experience is necessary.
If it’s your first time, arrive a little early so I can give you a brief health form.
What to bring?
Mat, bottle of water, comfy clothes.
How much?
Your first class is FREE with the code as per my website.
After that, you can get a 10-class pass for $150, or grab a casual session pass for $17.50.
