Community Yoga + Potluck Gathering

We’ll begin with an all-levels gentle yoga practice from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM, followed by a community potluck and time to connect from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

This gathering is meant to feel warm, welcoming, and community-centered — a chance to slow down, meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, and share a meal together.

We encourage everyone to bring something to share if you’re able:

• A favorite main dish
• Snacks or fruit
• Drinks or dessert

No pressure at all- your presence is enough.

Please also bring:

• A yoga mat
• Water
• Comfortable clothes for movement

All levels are welcome. Whether you come for the yoga, the food, the conversation, or simply to be in community, we’d love to have you there.
