Community Yoga for Strength and Balance

Join me in the fully accessible Art Room at the Salisbury Centre for a one-hour Community Yoga class. You are invited to explore meditation, breathwork and movement practice to support mental and physical strength and balance. The class is suitable for all minds, bodies and spirits. Those new to yoga are welcome, as are those who are seeking to develop their practice. Please contact me if you require further information.

Please contact Wild Hare regarding free places. No-one will be turned away for lack of funds. Payment can be made in cash to the facilitator, on the Salisbury Centre website, or via card payment at the centre.
