We invite the community to join us for one of 2 Yoga sessions
Our first Saturday morning session is for beginners, and the second one is for those with a bit more experience, though all are welcome to attend.
Morning Yoga is a program offered by the center, in collaboration with Lovely Yoga, with the goal to help enhance the physical and mental/spiritual health of the community.
All ages are welcome, please join us if you have free time! Our suggested donation is $10/class; however, reach out if you are interested in taking the course for an alternate price! Also, read further to understand more details about the Yoga!
Slow Flow : Every selected Saturday at 11:00 AM, community members of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds come together with the Lovely Yoga for a Restorative Yoga flow rooted in movement, ease, and well-being. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the very first time or simply craving a slower, more intentional practice — this is the space for you. All are welcome. No experience necessary.
Vinyasa Flow: On selected Saturdays at 12:30 pm, Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, breath-led practice where movement flows seamlessly from one pose to the next. With Lovely Yoga, we use vinyasa as a tool for intentional healing — building strength, releasing tension, and reconnecting mind and body. Every sequence is thoughtfully crafted to meet you where you are, welcoming all levels and all bodies.
Yoga Enrichment: Curious about yoga and how it can support your health and wellness journey? Join us on Saturdays at 12:00 PM for an informational session where you can learn more about our practice, ask questions, and receive take-home resources to guide you along the way. Whether you're brand new or simply exploring, this is your space to learn, connect, and discover what yoga can do for you.
