Come and join the best transgender community in the Midwest for a three-night weekend of fun and comradery. It'll be the Thursday night usual. Friday night will see the annual Detroit Princess riverboat dinner cruise

Your registration fee helps pay the costs associated with organizing these events, bus refreshments and a bus driver gratuity. You can save on costs by booking early and/or buying a full event package. The organizers do not personally benefit and pay the same rates as attendees

5:15pm Bus leaves hotel.

6:15pm - 9:30pm Detroit Princess Riverboat Dinner Cruise(if NOT riding on bus, drivers please know that boat leaves dock promptly at 7:00. DO NOT BE LATE!)

9:30pm Bus takes us to The Bosco in Ferndale

12:00am Board bus to return to hotel and after-party.

12:30am Afterglow party at hotel.

Notes

• We provide a means of linking attendees before and during our event, should a new attendee wish a "big sister" individual to aid them in maximizing their enjoyment of their first event.

• We also will assist individual attendees with other compatible attendees who are looking for a roommate to share in the costs of accommodation during the event.

• Arranging group sharing of rides through services, such as UBER or Lyft, is a suggestion from prior attendees. TG Detroit has no arrangement with any ride share services.

• Access to makeup artist services is available during the event. We ask that you responsibly book and honor such arrangements with the service provider.

• Photographers at times will be active to our venues and activities. A means of identifying those who do not their likeness taken will be provided on request, but must be always visible during the event duration. All attendees are expected to respect the wishes of others regarding photographs or video.

TG Detroit Terms and Conditions

Our Mission

The specific purpose of TG Detroit is to provide support to individuals, from a base of operations in the Greater Southeastern Michigan area. Support includes but is not limited to networking and socialization opportunities, mentoring and peer-to-peer support, advocacy, and access to information unique to the LGBTQ2S+ community.

Adherence & Expectations

• All who attend our events have the right to expect a safe and accepting environment, with the freedom to express their uniqueness and display of “true self”. Absolutely “0” tolerance exists for any who do not treat all attendees with the courtesy and dignity they deserve.

• Anyone who breaches this first condition will be asked to immediately leave the area involved. Without a successful resolution to the occurrence, the attendee guilty of the breach will be asked to leave the event.

• The venues for our events have been vetted and assured that our attendees will act in an proper manner, respecting the establishment and other patrons not part of our event. Any attendee who fails to meet this condition will be asked to leave.

• We totally understand the right to privacy regarding recorded images of our events and our attendees who have a desire to not have their image published even in the private attendees only forums of TGD. We only ask they make their wishes clear from the onset, if not before attending, so it can be noted and acted on appropriately.

• We have a strict policy of zero weapons to be carried into any of our venues, or excursions during our event. Those attendees who are properly authorized for such are asked to maintain their property in a safe manner away from our activities.

• We strongly suggest that all attendees carry on their person a document which will provide TGD with a means of reaching an emergency contact should an unforeseen circumstance arise.

• We promote a designated drivers and strongly encourage safe driving for the well-being of our attendees and the general public.

However, all who attend these gatherings are responsible for their participation and the results of attending.
