Yoga is truly for everyone--join Darcy Mahan EVERY Wednesday at 1:00pm- 2:00pm at the James Island Town Hall (1122 Dills Bluff Road) to experience the benefits of this mind/body practice for yourself! Courtesy of the Town of James Island, enjoy a *free* all-levels Yin Yoga practice, which will stretch our muscles and nourish our connective tissue through long holds in soothing shapes. Not flexible? Not a problem! No matter what fitness level you are starting from, yoga will help you feel better and more at ease in your body, as well as calming a busy brain. No previous experience is needed, though the ability to get on and off the floor will be required. Please bring your own yoga mat.
