On the lateral edge of spring, the summer solstice swiftly approaches. Celebrate the summer solstice with us by surrendering to serenity.
What to expect:
Herbal Tea Ceremony split into 3 parts with three intentional herbs. Together we will be guided in ceremony with each herb. Astrological forecasts, sound bath, guided meditation and hands on assist will weave in layers upon layers of serenity as we dedicate our intentions to each ceremonial herb.
What to bring:
A yoga mat, a blanket, and your favorite tea cup/mug. (We will have extra if you are not able to bring these items with you!)
What to wear:
Something comfortable, easy to move in--like an outfit you would wear for yoga
