Community Workouts: Brush Canyon Trails

This month, we’re heading back to Griffith Park, taking on the Brush Canyon Trail, a scenic route known for its steady climb and breathtaking views of Los Angeles.

As we make our way up the trail, you’ll be surrounded by vibrant flora and natural beauty, with the iconic Hollywood Sign coming into view along the way. This hike offers the perfect balance of challenge and reward, giving you space to build endurance, clear your mind, and connect with the outdoors.

Whether you’re here for the movement, the views, or the community, this experience is designed to help you slow down, stay present, and enjoy the journey from start to finish.
