Join us for Community Wellness Day — a free, family-friendly event focused on connection, relaxation, and stress relief for all ages.Bring your friends, family, and neighbors out to enjoy a peaceful morning filled with gentle yoga, meditation, and a sound bath, plus guided nature walks around The Ridge. You can also experience ear acupuncture and seeds for stress relief or get creative and paint kindness rocks to leave throughout the community.
This event is all about coming together, slowing down, and taking care of ourselves and each other.
