The Community Wellness Day is BACK ! This is a free event put on by Future Projects Charity of Norwich.
Between the hours of 10am -3pm you can access a number of health & wellbeing professionals including:
The community Dental bus
Blood pressure , Weight and peak flow checks
Stop smoking support
Drug and alcohol support
Reading and literacy support
Free sports activities
Fun crafting activities
Live music
Free nutritious food and smoothies for kids!
Free hair cuts for kids !
and a whole lot more
