Summer Sessions of Children's Yoga - come rain or shine! A great way to get moving whilst also finding a slice of calm in the week. Get moving and using the imagination. We will also learn tools to tuning into the senses and breath. It doesn't matter if your children haven't done yoga before, or you think they won't stay still. Come give it a go!
There are two weeks of sessions at 9.30am-10:15am, 14th and 28th August. Themed around the nature in the park - butterflies, plants and more. Aimed at under 7s.
£8:50 per child (accompanied by an adult), siblings £5 (discount applied at checkout) You don't need any equipment either! Booking essential as spaces limited.
The British Summer - We are lucky to have a lovely outdoor space in the picnic area at Catton Park, and if it is too wet we will be indoors in Buxton Lodge.
