This Sound Bath Journey is dedsigned as a steady, grounding container for that release. Through slow, supportive sound waves, you'll be guided out of overthinking and into the deep intelligenced of the body, where letting go doesn't have to be forced.

What To Expect:

When you arrive, you’ll be invited to settle in, like you’re making a small nest for your nervous system. You may lie down on your mat (or remain seated if that feels better), and you’re welcome to use the props provided: blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows so your body can feel supported and safe.

We’ll begin with a gentle grounding: breath, settling, and a quiet orientation to the Journey. Then the sound begins.

For most of the session, you’ll simply rest as waves of sound move through the body; soothing, clearing, softening. Some people experience deep relaxation. Some feel emotion rising and releasing. Some drift between waking and dreaming. All of it is welcome.

You don’t need to try to meditate. You don’t need to “do it right.” Your only job is to receive.

At the end, we’ll return slowly with time for silence, integration, and a gentle closing. You may feel peaceful, tender, lighter, or deeply rested. (Often people describe it as “my whole system finally exhaled.”)
