A sound bath is a deeply immersive experience that uses the sound vibrations from such instruments as crystal sound bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and rain sticks to help slow our brain waves and shift us into a deeply relaxed state. We will leave feeling our bodies and mind balanced, relaxed, and refreshed. It's truly an amazing experience!
What to bring:
* Anything to keep you comfy and warm
* Yoga mat (to lie on)
* Blanket(s)
* Pillow
