Singing can help regulate the nervous system, elevate mood, create connection, and support emotional expression.

When we sing together in community, something ancient awakens within us. We remember, release, heal, and reconnect.

Join for a heart opening afternoon of medicine songs, mantras, vocal activation, nature, and community in a fun, welcoming, and nourishing space.

📍 Victoria Park, North Vancouver (Rainy days will be in the apartment building across the street from the park, please email directly to get address and buzzer instructions [email protected])
🗓 Sundays (Every 2 weeks)

Please bring:

🤍 A cushion to sit on
🤍 Instruments are welcome too 🎶
