Community session with senior Iyengar Yoga teacher Birjoo Mehta

Dear fellow Iyengar Yoga practitioners,
We are very grateful that senior Iyengar Yoga teacher Birjoo Mehta has agreed to conduct a session for the community.
Although the timing is a bit tight, we hope that you and your students will join the session.
Birjooji has requested for participants to have minimum 2 years of Iyengar yoga practise. However, if you have students who are keen to participate but have been practising for less than 2 years. please do let us know if you feel that the student is proficient enough to join the session.
