In this sadhana we will be weaving together the heart opening practice of chanting, embodiment of asana, peace of yoga nidra, cleansing of pranayama and the power of meditation.
Individually, these practices are potent- and when practiced together, they deepen your experience and pave the way for the profound feeling of unity that is the essence of yoga.
