Shamanic Journeying, like meditation, is an ancient practice used for spiritual and personal growth. Led by local Shaman Will Whitesmith, slow repetitive drumming leads to a shift in awareness and opens a connection to the three worlds. In this state of consciousness, you may encounter sounds, visions, guides or messages that have been waiting for you.
The evening begins with an introduction about Shamanism, where the intentions for the night are given and a sacred container is set for the group. The participants then settle in their individual mats with cozy blankets, and the drumming signals the beginning of the journey. There will also be a chance to share in circle before the event ends.
