Community Reiki + Sound Bath

Welcome to our Community Reiki + Sound Bath at Pulse Counseling & Wellness Center! We pioneered this groundbreaking initiative in the Quad Cities area, integrating Reiki and Integral Sound Healing to create a unique and transformative experience. This innovative combination allows participants to benefit from both modalities in a supportive group setting, fostering connection and shared healing.

Led by Sarah Skiles, Reiki Master of Uplifted Energies, this event combines Reiki energy work with therapeutic sound vibrations to help you unwind and find inner peace. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations and energy work to release tension and promote overall well-being. Join us in this nurturing community setting to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

Meet Sarah!

Sarah is a Reiki Master, trained in Sound Healing, and 95-hour Toddler, Kid and Teen Yoga Teacher training. She welcomes all - from skeptics to fellow energy healers. She recently found herself on this journey in life after very deep self-reflection and she is hoping to guide people through their own journeys in whatever form that may take. What to Expect!

*We invite you to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in with a cup of warm Chamomile Tea or water, find a comfortable space, and silence electronic devices.

*Are you looking to release tension and let go of stress? This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to achieve deep relaxation and inner balance.

*During the Community Reiki + Sound Bath, our skilled Reiki practitioner will provide energetic healing, promoting a sense of harmony and well-being. But that's not all! This unique experience will provide space to immerse yourself in a Sound Bath that will further enhance your relaxation. A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you are immersed in the therapeutic sound waves from instruments like Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes and more. These vibrations guide your body and brainwaves into a more relaxed state, easing you into a deep restful state.

*This session is more than just relaxation; it's an opportunity to plant the seeds of growth and abundance within yourself, setting the stage for a season of flourishing and fulfillment.
