Community Program Series: Topic 5- Self expression

Focus: Nonverbal Communication + Leadership + Identity
Presented by The Western Horse Company, this class explores the connection between authentic self-expression, leadership, and how we are perceived—by both horses and our children.
In this 3-hour experience, participants will:
• Observe how horses respond to energy, body language, and intention
• Learn how nonverbal communication shapes connection and leadership
• Explore personal identity and how it influences parenting style
• Participate in guided, hands-on interaction with the horses
Horses respond to who you are, not just what you do. This session invites mothers to reconnect with their authentic voice, align their actions with intention, and lead from a place of clarity and self-awareness.

This intentionally small group setting allows for a meaningful, personalized experience for every participant. Auditor spots are also available for those who prefer to observe.
