Coordinated and sponsored by the UCR Staff Assembly, the annual Community Partner Fair (CPF) invites companies and organizations to the UCR campus to demonstrate their products and services to the staff, faculty, and students of UCR and the neighboring community. It's a great opportunity for organizations to connect with individuals in over 200 UCR departments who purchase more than $200 million annually in products and services and to market to neighboring local businesses.
All vendors are responsible for providing their own table linens and decor and a raffle prize.
Benefits:
- Name recognition on the CPF section of the UCR Staff Assembly website for one year.
- 8’ x 8’ space in the Highlander Union Building. Space includes one 6'-table and 2 chairs.
- Name recognition on the vendor passport that each attendee receives & name recognition on the Staff Assembly website for 1 year.
- Complimentary continental breakfast and box lunch for two (2) (additional meals can be purchased)
- Two (2) parking passes for company representative(s). Parking will be in Lot 1 BLUE.
- Opportunities to distribute product information to over 450 attendees.
- Complimentary wireless internet access.
Set-up begins at 8:30 a.m., Tear-down is from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
